lulusgoodbyes It is impossible to know how a well-secured package can be shipped on a Tuesday from Indiana and still not arrive in Boise, Idaho by Saturday! I spoke with my local postal worker about your package’s delay, but he seemed bewildered, too. I want you to know that I am fretting over your parcel as I watch it track at a snail’s pace. I plan to look into if you can get a refund on your shipping. 😳 Leslie

According to my JI cosmetic book, you with can use your finger or the brush I enclosed to apply the lid primer.
