It’s honestly really freaking rude to damage a product that I have so carefully taken care of just because YOU thought you were ordering something different. It’s embarrassing and extremely rude and I will be opening a case against you.

@itsnatk damage??? I don’t know what you’re talking about & if you’re talking about the dent/bent part towards the bottom, it came like that. I showed pics when the case was opened. I didn’t do a thing to that purse & barely touched it... just enough to take pics of it. Why would I do such a thing when this was supposed to be a Christmas present?Don’t you dare lie on me.
