stilettoms No worries! I’m very appreciative of your quick response to the situation, and I know that you did not know that the Clarisonic did not work. It’s just due to the share amount of time that the battery sent dormant and not being used and it just discharged on its own. I wish you luck in getting the battery replaced. I’m very appreciative of the positive experience I had with you!
