bagitbeautiful Hi Tamara - you have probably noticed that The India Hicks Legacy Letter you received is the wrong one. You received the “H” and you bought the “A”. I crossed the labels (my worst fear finally occurring) and sent yours to Rosemary Hamilton. I have contacted PoshMark for guidance on how to make the exchange for you. As soon as I get shipping & instructions, I will let you know. Of course ALL WILL BE PAID BY ME. SO SO SORRY.

bagitbeautiful @tlhaus Thank you and I am HORRIFIED! It is really sad How careful I thought I was and then this. I have been doing this just about a year and just in the last 5 months gotten serious. This has been a fear when I get more than a couple going though this was the first time I sold 2 almost identical items. I greatly appreciate your kindness.

bagitbeautiful Just to update you. Immediately after this original message about my mistake. I contacted PoshMark (twice) w/ALL the order numbers & copies of the files I had (which sadly did NOT have copies of the shipping labels - but PoshMark has your PoshMark info including shipping). My request was for them to send you prepaid labels to exchange w/ each other.As of yet I have not heard from PoshMark, figure it may be Monday. And It may be that you will return to me (paid by me) & I resend. Working on it 😔

bagitbeautiful @tlhaus Checking in on my horrible mistake 😔. It appears that once You receive the package, on the “accept” window/site you hit received wrong item and it should direct you to get a label to return to me. Then I will CORRECTLY RESEND to you and Rosemary. Wish I had an option for you two to exchange eliminating one step, but not an option. You May have already heard from PoshMark because of my original letter once I was aware of my mistake. Thank you & so sorry.

bagitbeautiful @tlhaus Thank you THANK YOU for opening yours in spite of the note. Rosemary did not open the box, just read the note and thought it was incorrect .... which in a way it still was wrong. Sorry about the note. Learned a lot through this. Only ONE PACKAGE at a time. Though it is almost ALWAYS only one at a time. Still a newby in all of this. Thank you
