splashva Hi Tamara! Thanks for your purchase of the Penta leather jacket. I was packin’ the jacket and noticed I was having difficulty with the zipper. Upon very close observation I saw a flaw in the zipper “teeth” near the waist area making it very difficult to zip or unzip. Wanted to let you know before shipping. Never noticed it before. I’m willing to cancel sale and fully refund . Please let me know ann@splashmodel.com.
