chikshopper I’m sorry you felt like i deserved a bad rating on the shipment I sent you. I packed it in a box with that it fit and taped it up accordingly and I sent it out the day after it was purchased so I’m not sure how I didn’t mail it out quick enough. I hope you enjoy the SeroVital and didn’t mean to make you have a bad experience some how.
