Hi, I’m sorry you expected the box. I totally get that. The shoe boxes don’t fit in the shipping boxes, especially these boots. If we sent it in a bigger box we have to request a larger box label, and the prices go up considerably. Again I’m sorry for the disappointment. But I’m glad you’re happy otherwise 😊💕
