luvcoachgal7 Hey 👋 glad you finally received your mug! But honestly a bit surprised about your rating of 4 stars! I lowered the price for you and Its brand new mug in original packaging and i securely bubble wrapped so it would not break during shipping! U mentioned responsiveness as area of improvement: i shipped it next day and the fact that it took a week to get to you is because it was Christmas week!and there were delays which i kept you informed of!
