denisedavenport You were supposed to open up a case for review. I don't sell or buy anything that smells like cigarettes so the Post Office or insurance would have to had been liable to refund you. I work at a drycleaners and I had the lining cleaned with professional stain removers for the ink spots it never smelled like cigarettes. Period.

tamaralich @denisedavenport hi Denise, I’ve given refunds to people before to make it easier for them. As we know, Poshmark is difficult and time consuming to deal with. I’m sorry you’re upset that the purse smelled, but it did. Now the reason for the smell, who knows. I’m sorry

denisedavenport Poshmark issues the refunds, you, me or no one selling on this platform has the administrative capabilities to issue refunds. You have to request a review and state the issues weather someone is willing to take the item back willingly or not. Talking to me like I am slow did not help you at all.
