tamarasanders87 The only thing I know to do is to submit a wrong order sent report and try to refund your money. I wish you would have reached out before leaving a 1 star review, though. That's damaging to my poshmark status, and I strive to be a good seller.

tamarasanders87 The support team reached out to me, and I informed them of my intent to refund your money in exchange for the shoes being returned. Please make sure to send them back with the box. Hopefully the store from which I purchased them will be able to correct it regardless of there being a no refund policy. Again, I sincerely apologize.
