Hey, did you check if the shoes light up? I was on vacation and had a friend grab the package from my porch but tried charging them today and one shoe partially lights up and the other doesn't at all.
Any tricks?

@lomonicob Hi Brian, they were working totally fine so not sure what’s up. So sorry, not sure what advice to give. I’m guessing the charger is working fine right?

I'll keep trying to get them to work tonight, both sides are plugged in and the one side has 2/3 lights working and the other has none. I swapped the sides of the charger to ensure it wasn't an issue but it didn't help.

I let the battery drain on the shoe with 2/3 lights working and then charged them to confirm the charger works, which it does. I plugged it into the show with no lights working and still no success. Do you have a warranty with the company purchased from or insurance with the shipper?

@lomonicob I haven’t found the info from where I bought them. I must have deleted the email, it was last year. I have a box of receipts I am going to look through

@lomonicob so I called Halloween Costume.com and they said because they are shoes they cannot return or exchange them and they don’t have a warranty. So not sure what to do

Their response “If they have any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist them with this order...We greatly appreciate all the hard work you put into your closet and appreciate you reaching out to help this Buyer!”
Hopefully we can come to a resolution like they said.
