Hi there! Nice to meet you, my name is Tamara!! I’m still learning the ropes on the app. And liking it!! stacimack157 @tamaraken Thanks for reaching out. ALL transactions are handled through Poshmark. If ANYONE wants you to call/email them, we need to report them to Poshmark and STOP all communication with them. So, don't respond to anyone asking you to talk outside of the app. I'm going to look at your listings and send instructions to you on blocking people and reporting them

stacimack157 @tamaraken You're welcome. All you would need to do is to click on that person's name to bring up their profile. In the top right corner, you'll see three dots. Click that and a menu will appear. You'll see the option to "Block User" & "Report User"

stacimack157 @tamaraken Click on Block User and you'll get a message asking if you are sure, so click Yes. On Reporting the user, you'll be prompted on the reason. In this case, it would be "Transaction Off Poshmark"

tamaraken @stacimack157 Hi Staci, I have another question, I ordered a pair of jeans, for a specific occasion. They were suppose to arrive yesterday and they did not, they were delayed and according to an email was delivered today, and I left this morning at 5am, so I won’t get to look at them until Sunday night. Could u advise me on how I should proceed and handle this?? Thank you so much for you help!! ;)

stacimack157 @tamaraken Hi Tamara. You have 3 full days to review your order before Poshmark "auto-accepts" the order for you. So, you will be fine. Once you get home on Sunday, open your order and review it. Then log into the app and "accept" your purchase if everything is correct (this is how the buyer gets paid). You don't have anything to worry about!

tamaraken Hi Stacy, I just got back From vacation. I tried the jeans on that I purchased and I’m so bummed, they do not fit they don’t even go up over my thighs😕Which is odd because I wear a 30 I William Rast jeans. But I also have never worn his boot cut so that could be why. Can I return them? I hope. 😬
