Hi Tamara - I am sorry the blouse you bought was too small. The blouse did not shrink. Because there is no standard sizing among clothing manufacturers I almost always provide measurements and they were included in the pictures on the listing to help with sizing. However, I hate that you will not be able to wear it. If there is anything else in my closet now or in the future you would like to buy I will give you a $15 discount.
