Hey! I'm going to recommend that you read carefully before buying something. OS = ONE SIZE, not size Small, and the strap you bought is 48 inches.
If you have any common sense, you'll know it's a large strap and not false advertising like you're accusing me of! So I'm not worried, but here's something for you:
