suzeeq73 Congratulations on your transplant. I’m so happy for you. I’m prone to kidney stones and I’ve had lithotripsy 5 times and last year ended up in a medical induced coma for 5 days and then pneumonia.. was in hospital for 2 weeks when it should have been a half hour procedure. Now through a ct scan they found out left kidney has a stone the size of a golf ball and it has to be surgically removed. I’m really scared after what happened last year 😢

madisons513 @suzeeq73 I just happened to come across your comment and I just wanted to say I am praying for you! I know personally how hard it is to deal with kidney stones. My mama has had them all her life also and was hospitalized more times than I can count and has had surgery multiple times. You will come out of surgery and feel so much better. She takes medicine now to help her prevent from getting them any further. Wishing you well!

suzeeq73 @madisons513 thank you so very much for messaging me and making me feel better. I appreciate you more than u know. Surgery is Wednesday. I’ve had stones that I knew about since 2021 but now I’ve got a golf ball size one in my left kidney so this one will not be done by lithotripsy. Scary stuff 🙏🏼

lovemysons1223 @suzeeq73 i hope your surgery went well i am sorry I am just now responding i just seen it. anything to do with the kidneys is very scary you don't realize how much the kidneys do for our bodies until they are in risk of danger. I am very greatful to my donors family for giving me life again. please know you are never alone
