kelsylikesshoes you need to contact the United States postal service and live them that rating, I shipped tour hoodie NEXT DAY. if it eas delivered late why should I be punnished for that I fold all my items and place them in a polymailer. also there were clear photographs showing you the condition of the item. why didn't you look at them before buying? thats YOUR ONLY RESPONSIBILITY AS A BUYER. pictures are part of the description believe it or not.

kelsylikesshoes item cleanliness? it was washed the morning we shipped it out. if it was delivered LATE YOU NEED TO LEAVE UR RAYING FOR THE UNITED STSTES POSTAL SERVICE. my job is to give them the package timely. which I did. THEIR JOB IS TO DELIVER IT TO YOU ON TIME. do you understand that lady? or do I have to say it again? if the hoodie was bunched up and not folded that means your package was opened and messed with by someone at USPS. please complain to them about it not me.

hickman565 @kelsylikesshoes I know you probably don't care but I have reported you for harassment. I hope you are satisfied with the way you treat people who try to support you. Being nasty will not get you anywhere in the long run. I hope this isn't your only source of income because with an attitude like yours you won't last much longer.
