I just received your 1 rating and you indicated shipping as the cause . If you track this item with the tracking provided on your purchase, you will see that I shipped the jacket the same day that you purchased it! I cannot control the post office’s delays in shipments.

@boujeecowgirl I did, I called the post office and everything. They stated they never received the package. I’ve called them all week long. I have all the confirmation numbers they provided me with.

@smoe5 however, that is not the case, it’s clearly shown in the tracking on October 2 “post office received package” I ship in less than one day and have almost 100% 5 star reviews. This is in no way my fault. Delivered to post office in less than one business day from the time you purchased, like I always do. I pride myself on this. which post office did you call, please? I’m going to follow up as well.

@boujeecowgirl I said the same thing, however the supervisor named Brandy W at the Westwood location told the customer service agent the package wasn’t received until the 6th. That someone had just created a label for it. I filed a complaint against for her lying. They actually put this under investigation, so yes I would definitely call too. The reason I gave the one star was based on the package delayed and lack of communication.

@smoe5 I dropped off the package at the Richland, Michigan Post office. If you call them- you should be able to verify that it was in their possession on Oct 2nd. After that- I am not able to control how long it took to get to the Portage post office. I literally have the email, confirming it was received and in the possession of the post office (Richland where I ship from). The tracking also proves it.

@smoe5 Hi Tameka. I just spoke with the postmaster at the Richland PO - Sharon. She asked that you call her so she can explain that this delay was entirely the post office’s fault. Possibly the PO could refund your shipping, since priority is supposed to be guaranteed 2-3 days.
