sylcal36 Hello I recently purchased a pair of Banana Republic black shoes and I can’t pick it up from the post office, they haven’t attempted to deliver it to my house , I went there and they said the sender had to change the delivery option to leave it in the mailbox!!! Or leave outside my door. I don’t know if there is anything you can do they don’t seem to know where the package is . Thank you

tlp78 @sylcal36 hi there! I don't know why that would be the case, since I don't pick any shipping options or requirements, that's odd. I'll submit a question to poshmark and will also email the post office about this package. hopefully one of them can help us figure it out! when I just looked up the tracking info I didn't see any options I could change online. I'll keep you posted!
