@justjune13 carbs and sugar are the enemy. Check out the Keto diet. That’s how I did it. I had gotten to 100lbs lost but now at 95. It’s been an amazing year and Keto is simple.

@tamerg I will def look into keto. I need simple! lol Congrats again and make sure you don't backslide. I had lost a lot and was feeling great about 15 months ago. Somehow between stress eating, and everything else I gained 35 since then and now i'm at my heaviest. Maybe this Keto plan can set me straight again! Thanks for the advice.

Hi there! Thought I'd give u a quick suggestion (hope u don't mind). You have SOLD OUT in front of your watch descriptions. When I 1st read that, I thought YOU were sold out on the item. I think you mean 'SOLD OUT IN STORES!'. IMO it's kinda confusing the way u have it, and u might miss some sales. Just a friendly thought....again, hope u don't mind!

@kk711 Sure. I just created a second account...its under settings of your main account and then you have to repost your items and descriptions to IG. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way there is no automatic share to IG.
