I have also filed a lost mail request with USPS to try and find it. Very sorry for this inconvenience. Sometimes the postal service is unreliable. Let me know if you receive it.

lcfshs hi, it’s sarina, the seller of the cabi twilight jacket. i just noticed there is a tiny bit of antiperspirant residue inside the jacket. would you like me to delay shipping for one day and launder it or send it right away and you can launder it? (machine wash cold, dry flat, no dryer, lowest iron temp that’s effective). please lmk. thank you and sorry about this!
