retailless Your package was shipped 5 days ago . I have been tracking it but it says on the tracking label missent . I contacted the post office to find out what it means because I was unsure . Apparently , the post office sent the package on the wrong belt to be shipped . I do appolgize for the delay . It will get there soon. Thank you

retailless @nartiht from what they told me at the post office . They sent it to the wrong shipping belt . So it went on the wrong plane to be shipped . So, they had to send it all the way back . I could try to contact posh about getting you a refund for shipping , I’m actually leaving tonight for wedding , so I could do it before I leave .

retailless @nartiht I understand but I’m not in control of shipping . I tried to get you a refund for the shipping posh won’t let me . You have to wait for the package to arrive to return it . I tracked the package and it says its arriving late . I wasn’t on vacation I was actually at my little brothers wedding. Let me know what I can do to help .

retailless @nartiht the late shipping isn’t my fault it’s actually Poshmarks it the UPS. I sent it out right away . Their shipping label is responsible for getting it on time . If you want a refund you need to contact Poshmark .

retailless @nartiht I can’t refund you anything . You have to contact poshmArk . As far as I know , nothing was ever taking out for what you bought . I never received anything. When you receive your package , you have to file a case for a refund . I can’t do anything . You have to return what was sent to you , if you don’t want it anymore . I can’t do anything , poshmark handles everything.

nartiht @retaillesshe I was not sure if you as a seller had some flexibility on refunding. So you are aware, $66.78 was withdrawn from my account on May 6, the day of order. I was very upfront with Poshmark that this was not your fault. When buyer accepts the order as delivered that is when the seller gets the money. I will continue to follow up with Poshmark, thank you.

retailless @nartiht I do apologize for the shipping delay . I usually don’t have any issues with shipping , it’s super fast . I tried to get a refund for the shipping cost , contacted poshmark a couple of times about this issue- no response. It doesn’t help that they don’t have customer service number it’s just recording. I’m glad it got there finally ! I apologize Again for the delay .
