nicholas9lynch Hey Tammi I would like a chance to understand better what didn’t live up to expectations on the phone case it didn’t have a box when I purchased it so it was in a bag you said that item cleanliness was an issue only I used actual tech cleaning wipes to ensure no finger prints or anything was on it. Please be blunt with me what didn’t meet description. Btw I am truly sorry for your disappointment and will refund you right away if desired!

tjhassett1124 @nicholas9lynch the protective screen won’t adhere to the one corner no matter how much we have tried. I took it to the att store and they couldn’t do so either.
