karenxallen @christmasdaisy Hey there! I shipped it on Monday morning. I keep getting emails from Poshmark asking me to verify the shipment, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I shipped 2 things at the same time and it appears neither have been scanned at the post office. I’m going to call them right now.

karenxallen @christmasdaisy Hi there! Tracking info is 9405 5102 0206 1179 2183 31 I am working with the post office to find out why it’s still not tracking. The other package I mailed at the exact same time just started tracking last night. Please let me know if you have any luck 💕

christmasdaisy @karenxallen Hi Karen, I was able to contact someone at my local post office and she could see that the driver delivered it to someone elses house, so she will have her retrieve it and re deliver to me. I will let you know when this happens. Sigh... Thanks again!

christmasdaisy @karenxallen Hi Karen, I think I know why both of your packages had issues. The label that was printed with my name and address is incredibly hard to read. You can't make out my name or house number. You may want to print bigger labels next time you ship. 😀

crhogan @christmasdaisy Hi Tami! I sent out a Kate Landry bag and it says it was refused 8/15 and is being returned to sender. I just want to make sure that’s correct before it gets all the way back here. Posh emailed me about tracking issues which is how it came to my attention. Thanks!

Yes I had to refuse it because the box it came in wasn't within the dimensions allowed for priority shipping, therefore it has $22 owing in postage on it, that I would have to pay before I could receive it. Poshmarks requirement is to return it to the seller and they will re-issue another mailing label. I filed a problem/inquiry with Poshmark on Saturday and they said in an email they will contact you directly or you can contact them?
