orangezest2k @tamibenjamin I got the bag on 6/14 and used it for the first time yesterday, 6/16 going to the nail salon. When I walked out of the nail salon one of the straps’s fell apart. The other strap is tearing as well. It will cost too much to fix them. 😒

tamibenjamin @orangezest2k thAts so very strange that the straps gave way…it’s never been used and I myself inspected the whole purse before posting out. Straps and liner etc were in perfect condition. I can contact the manufacturer and see if this has ever been an issue before. The way the straps are designed ( theres 3 loops ) it should never had fallen apart. Weird????

tamibenjamin @orangezest2k I’m just so shocked at what’s happened! What I paid for the purse originally was not a cheap purse and a very well known brand...this should never have happened with that purse. Thats wonderful that they are giving you a credit. I still would like to have the photos looked out by a shop to get their input on it.

orangezest2k @tamibenjamin yes, I know right. The price was 300GBP, that’s over $300 USD! Awww very sweet of you - I am a size 2-4 US, but LK I usually do a 6US since Euro clothes tend to run small.
