browndobb06 I’m sorry you didn’t feel that the hat met your expectations. I described this item exactly as it was, and because there was no size tag, is why I guessed it to be a medium, stated it in the listing that it was a guess, I don’t not have a small head for a female as I wear a 22+, so I would never “guess” this to be a small hat. If you had questions, those would have been appreciated instead of a bad rating.
