I’m sorry that the USPS had a shipping delay apparently. I took the item to the post office on 2/20 - first thing that morning. I realized it wouldn’t be sent until 2/22 because of the weekend and holiday but it doesn’t show tracking started until today. I have filed a complaint. I’m sorry.
