I just wanted to Thank you for giving the additional time needed to get your refund. I knew that the package was most likely lost and unfortunately I don't get an update on tracking to tell me it was not on time. I knew posh would take care of both of us once we finally got through to them. Thanks agaim

Hi! I just saw your message about the shoes. This is the Post Office Fault all the way. Once Poshmark gives you a refund. it is done. They never request money back. The Post Office probably found the item especially since Poshmark probably opened a case. They will always send it to the person who it goes to. You were fine, and yes, they got sent to me and someone had worn them but it was definitely not you who did it. Sorry this has happened, but you are all good.
