iqclothessavvy Great question! 1) non fashion items are non compliant and your closet can be banned by Posh HQ. Non fashion items will be reported by other Poshers. There are three dots upper right corner and a gray Report link under the picture to report. 2) to talk to another we have to put the @ sign in front of their name so the comment appears in their feed. Tag the person on your item or on your sale sign or in your chat room listing.

chicboutique77 @iqclothessavvy Does that mean I can not sell the Kate Spade mug to her if she wants it? I research the same mug on Google and it showed the same on appeared on posh mark and sold for $19, that is why I placed it on my closet. I was not aware of this. Several people already like the mug, what should I do. Also, can I sell vintage clothing or jewelry or does it have to be new?

iqclothessavvy @chicboutique77 I am not the Posh Police, I do not have control of any of the rules. I can only tell you what the rules are and where the links are to read the rules. It is up to each person how they want to operate their closet and their lives. Lots of closet break all kinds of rules, lots of closets have been closed and banned. I try to be helpful and mentor. Yes, vintage if very big seller and lots and lots of jewelry, even jewelry parties every week. Your jewelry pictures are great!

chicboutique77 @lilmissy6 Hi, What kind of printer do you have? I have an inkjet printer which uses a lot of ink and I'm low on the black cartridge and color. I was just going to go to the library to print my label off to mail the pants but I need to change my email first to get the label. Thank you for your help I appreciate it. apress20 @chicboutique77 congrats! You need to go to your “my Sales” and find the item sold. When you open that you will see at the bottom of the page a download label button. Click that and you should be able to download without having to log into your email. :)

apress20 @chicboutique77 You can see the label on your phone? If you can see the image you must email it to an address you can access. When you can access the label you must send it to your printer to print like you normal would do. If not I suggest going to fedex and printing the label from there by saving the label to a usb stick.

I went into my sale and marked as shipped but I could not find where I can communicate with the buyer the tracking number the postal clerk gave me. Do you know how I can tell the customet? apress20 @chicboutique77 yay! Don’t worry. As you have marked it as shipped Poshmark will notify the buyer automatically. If you want to check the package status you can click on your sales - item sold - shipped there you will see the same info the buyer can. :)

apress20 @chicboutique77 great!! If you’re on the app hit the far right icon that should be your user name until you see the menu page. There will be a green circle with a dollar sign in. Hit that circle and it’ll show your balance. From there you can select your earning and then request Check or bank deposit. 🤑

chicboutique77 @apress20 I went in there and clicked on bank deposot. A screen flashed as a picture of check for a half of second and a message a code was sent to your email please type it in. That is my old email that I forgot the password. Is there a way go around that?

apress20 @chicboutique77 did you try it again? I’ve never encountered that but you may have missed something when setting up you’re account. My advice is to either request a check or email Poshmark. Then make sure you have your email account fixed as that’ll save you a lot of time !!

If the mean time I have received a message that a bundle of 2 items came through. Can explain what that is? I am getting upset that I will be loosing the money from the first sale and now if this bundle means a sale. Do you have any suggestions?

apress20 @chicboutique77 are you able to go back and try to request a check instead? It’s a slower but at least you can get your money in the meantime. Unfortunately it’s super important from the beginning to have everything set up with Poshmark. Make sure you can access your email and keep a line of communication with Poshmark. They typically respond within 24 hours so you may have to wait a little bit for these first few sales and then you’ll be smooth sailing!!

apress20 @chicboutique77 a bundle is a great! It’s a buyer saying they’re interested in two items in your wardrobe but are asking for a discount if they purchase together. What a bundle really means is they want to see your offer to them. Typically 10-20% plus maybe a shipping discount always helps. Only you know what you’ve priced everything at but it’s usually best to try and give your best deal in a bundle as you’re possibly selling two items at once.

chicboutique77 @apress20 I tried it with the check and am still getting that loop. Unless there us a glitch in the system. Also posh mark can see this transaction was shipped wouldn't they confirm it did get to the buyer? If this second buyer purchases the item can I email her to explain the situation. I told want to loose that sale either.

apress20 @chicboutique77 it typically takes 2-3 days for the buyer to receive the item but can take up to 5. Poshmark will update the status in try Sales section but you can always check the status of shipment as I described before. Or log on to usps with your tracking number. I don’t recommend reaching out to your new buyer as there is nothing that really effects them. This is a situation you’ll have to rectify with Poshmark.

kel22cie11 @chicboutique77 at the menu bar on the bottom of the page, on the far right it says @chicboutique77. If you click on that it will bring up a list, click on "my likes" it will take you to a list of items you have liked. Find the items from my closet and click "Add to bundle"

kel22cie11 @chicboutique77 If people are interested in buying more than one item from your closet they add it to a bundle. Within the bundle the potential purchaser can send an offer or the seller can send an offer. The offers can be accepted, declined, or countered offered. Also with bundling the items if purchased there is one shipping cost to the purchaser as opposed to buying the items individually.

Most of the time I have found that a lot of poshers do not realize that when they press “Like”, they are asking to receive an offer! They don’t connect the two.
