proposhtam @style_envy I’m aware of policy, as previously stated. I tried canceling myself via the app as well as contacting customer support. When I was unable to cancel the order myself I asked you to cancel it “in the middle of the night” due to poshmarks policy of “3 hours to cancel”. I was adhering to posh marks policy. However, as you can see. I have yet to be successful. It’s fine, I will just return your item anyway and request refund. Have a good day, I wish you well on your “high road”. Smh.
