Hi Tammie! I too have wide calves. I learned this trick and it works amazingly, If you have the old fashioned kind of tea pot with the steamer whistle. Hold the shaft of the boot over the steam. Wear thick leggings socks. Be careful but, while boots are still steamy warm put them on over the sock and legging repeatedly steaming and putting them on until they stretch over your calf. I do believe on that pair you can loosen the laces in the front as well.

Thanks for the info LaurieDean I don't have a old fashion tea pot to do that but thanks for the tip....also the tongue where the laces are is totally not connected where the zipper is, I think I'm retaining lots of water I remember there was a time I had to have boots taken in.
