distinctlyposh Hello Tammy, I am going to cancel the order you placed for the Steve Madden shoes. I am so sorry but when I was packing them to ship to you today, I noticed a spot of ink on the heel which as not on them when I posted them. Not sure where the ink came from but I did not want to send them to you with an ink spot on them. I have tried all day to see if I could clean it off and I am sad to say nothing has worked.

distinctlyposh @tammyj610 I am so sorry. This has never happened before. I was so excited to send them to you, that my pin after writing your Thank you note, touch the heel and I was sick. I tried all day to get it off. It just made it worse. 😫 They went in the trash. 😖 I feel very bad.

distinctlyposh @tammyj610 Well thank you very much but I would not have wanted you to pay the price you bought them for with the mark on them. I still have them but do not think they are worth much. I think I made the mark worse by trying to fix it. Ugh. I could post it just to show you if you would like. Thanks again.
