I don’t understand why the sweater isn’t tracking. I put it in with another order and the other order is tracking in the app. I have a slip showing it was scanned. This happened once before and it started tracking when it got to the designated city. Hopefully it’s just a glitch in the app.

@tammys1965 I am dealing with an issue with your order, which I do not know the answer. It actually appears that the Post Office mis-scanned your package when we dropped it off. We’re hoping that you receive the package without delay. There have been no reports of tracking and that’s what brought this to my attention. Please let me know if you do not receive your order by tonight. I am working with Poshmark to correct this. I promise to fix this situation.

@tammys1965 Your sweater just started tracking!!! I have no idea where it is or what happened, but it is on the way, finally. We know that we put the right label on it, and all we could figure out was that it got scanned incorrectly at our post office. So sorry for all the confusion and the delay! Please let me know when it arrives.
