rachelcozze Hi Tammy! Thank you for your purchase of the sandals. When I was packing them, I noticed some blemishes on the toe area and heel area, probably from being moved around in the warehouse. tammyestapa @rachelcozze do they seem brittle. That is my concern with the sole cracking. Would you consider a partial refund or selling me the olukais size 10 or the Birks size 40 for what I paid?

rachelcozze @tammyestapa you bet! Unfortunately they’re aren’t the most helpful! If I haven’t figured it out by the time you get the shoes, I believe you can request a partial refund. But I’m still going to work on getting it to you asap!

rachelcozze @tammyestapa ok. According to customer service I can not provide a partial refund until you receive the item and report an issue. So what I can do is cancel the transaction and sell them to you for $30. Does that work? Sorry!!
