tjbutterfly yes the leggings have been sliced on the left leg I shared pictures with Poshmark...they are unusable and I can send you a picture...I was going to use them with work very disappointed... kateskoncepts @tjbutterfly I'm very sorry that you received them that way. I sent them in perfect brand new condition. I have pictures of all sides of the leggings right before I shipped them to you and there is no slice. All I can figure is that is happened during shipping or when you opened the package. Again I'm very sorry for all the trouble. I'll make sure you get your money back as soon as they get here.:)

tjbutterfly @kateskoncepts I'm happy to send you the package itself to it had nothing to do with opening the package as I opened it from the top the leggings were cut from the top of the the top of the leggings. And you are right that it may have happened in shipping but it certainly didn't happen for me. I have somebody that can verify it as they were there with me when I opened up the package

kateskoncepts @tjbutterfly I got the return today and I cannot begin to describe how awful this experience has been for me. I have never had a problem like this and I hope I never will again. The leggings have been cut directly in the place where I folded then for packaging. Leaving to doubt in my mind that you cut them! I can't believe anyone would send the letter that you sent me. It was just beyond horrifying considering that you that you were the one that cut them.

kateskoncepts @tjbutterfly I don't appreciate you ruining my items and trying to scam me out of $60. They were brand new and now they are in shambles. I have pictures of exactly how they were before I shipped them and the way I shipped them. I will not be refunding any of the money as this was clearly your fault. I have opened a case with poshmark with all the proof. If you want I can ship them back to you but you will not get any money. I don't appreciate being conned!

tjbutterfly I am a business woman myself & do not appreciate the accusations as a customer...I did not CON you or CUT the item, I open the package from the top, not with any item but just my hands, I tried on the item and saw the tear. I received the items as I stated, the accusation of going from A-Z about a con is something that you obviously to not know me, do not know what I am about or the journey I have been to make such a accusation.

I appreciate your customer service in the refunding me what I paid that is all. victoriasview @tjbutterfly sorry for the confusion on the size chart I have various sizes and I have the Chicos two pants which are a ladies 1012. I had to list them using Poshmark sizing and maybe wasn't clear enough. I have a size 2 in Chico's which is a 1012 and would be more than happy to send them to you.

I'll send these tomorrow and send you the usps tracking number. I appreciate you offering to send back the other pair but Please just keep them ... it would make me feel better if you could get something for your trouble. Thanks again for being so amazing!!!!
