jazzymclovin Hi. I see that you've given me a two star rating on the boots for item description and delivery. I have mentioned, in the description that. "The straps were broken and that, There are signs of wear on the boots". As for shipping, Usps was not open and I made sure that I kept my communication with you. So, I don't understand why? Do you want to ship the boots back because the rating wasn't fair.

dotseyqueen Hello I am contacting you in regards to the pink tutu outfit that you purchased I was going to send it and noticed that the stitching was coming apart. I've just received another and i noticed they used white threading for sewing on the pink bow. I am embarrassed that this has happen so I am going to send this to you free and I will contact Posh to get you a full refund.

dotseyqueen I will take the outfit to the post office and get a tracking number this afternoon then in turn I will give you the tracking number. The outfit is still cute as is or it can be fixed with a minimum amount of sewing. I've been a bit stressed by this and I do hope sending the outfit at no charge will make up for the delay.
