jerin911 Hi, you recently bought a pair of sandals for me. To which she said they were not a size 8 and gave me a one star rating. Prior to excepting your item you have the opportunity to return if you are not happy. To which I would’ve absolutely excepted and refunded your money in the fall and apologize for the situation. But to except and then say that they aren’t what I’ve said they are and give a one star rating is not fair. These are a size 8 I wear a size 8 and they were purchased as a size 8.

tamkeith5 @jerin911 they are not an 8. I own 4 other pairs of size 8 jack rogers and these are significantly smaller. I would have returned them but I chose to give them to a friend who wears a 7 and they fit perfectly instead. Just take more care with your listings in the future.

jerin911 @tamkeith5 I can’t tell you they are a different size because they are a size 8. That’s the only size I would have. I would have absolutely done whatever I could to fix it prior to getting a one star rating that is all I’m saying. It’s nice to give someone an opportunity to fix something if you were not happy. All I wear as far as sandals go or is this brand as well as my two daughters. We all three where between an eight and 8 1/2. And these were worn.

tamkeith5 @jerin911 look at the pics in your listing. The size is written in the inside of the sandle upper clearly "7 M". Unfortunately I didn't notice it when shopping and just trusted your item description. They are a 7. Accept your mistake and move in. It's no big deal. It's a poor rating on Poshmark from a customer that was not fully satisfied, life goes on. My friend was excited to get some sandles.

jerin911 @tamkeith5 Simply pointing out that when someone purchases something they should always be pleased. If not it can be fixed. This is how I make my living so a one star rating with no opportunity to fix it does not sit well with me. Glad your friend is happy thank you
