buckewaggz31 Hi Im in total shock that the cole haans arrived like that. Its NOT the way they were sent. Something had to have happened in shipping. Please dont even go out of your way to return them I am going to release your payment right now so you dont have to wait for customer service. I havent ever had to do this before but see there is an option to do it. My deepest applogies.
