tammike62 I thought to myself, I paid for an item. If it was not posh, I would have taken it back. I'm not trying to discredit anyone. I love this community. Everyone has been so kind, friendly and welcoming. Most of the items I've purchased came with notes and kind words. I don't know what to do if I get another item and am not happy.

nanzdrew @tammike62 Don't worry about people blocking you b/c they don't likerating that you give. Many of people will block you because they might feel like you're too picky or just don't want to do biz w/you anymore. that's 1 person out of all nice people on here so don't spend a second worrying about it. If they sold you something that had damage or some other issue, that's on them! 💜

nanzdrew @tammike62 also, that's what posh Mark protection is for, to keep people honest so that they photograph and describe their items properly so that the buyer is pleased with their purchase and there are no surprises. If a seller is ever rude to you, you can report them. You can be certain that if they have been rude to you they have been rude to others. Not acceptable! I hope that answers your question!

nanzdrew @tammike62 and by the way, I've had to return probably 15 or 20 items in the past year and that's out of probably 200 to 300 items that I have purchased. A few of those people have been rude and blocked me and some of them you never even hear one word from which is fine. You don't need to communicate with them whatsoever. All you have to do is not except the purchase and explain why with photos. 💜

nanzdrew @tammike62 when you receive your purchase, inspect thoroughly. Do not except your purchase until you have made sure that you are happy with it. Make sure there's no damage or dirt or anything that was not described or photographed in the listing. If you're not happy then you click below and you don't accept it.

nanzdrew Then you have different options to check off of why you're not happy with it. Whether it was broken or damaged or not as described. You take pictures of the item and posh Mark will decide if you get a refund or if they believe that the item was described properly. You do not have to communicate with the seller whatsoever. Posh Mark will make the decision

tammike62 @nanzdrew a pair of Pink sweat pants were a large. I wear a large in just about everything. Wear sz 12 to 14 in jeans. These were marked a large inside the item as well. But they fit like a XXL or XXXL. The seller said she didn't wear them that often. But the item was Diffently worn a lot. Another item was smaller than pictured, and what I expected. It could've been the camera angle that the picture was taken.

nanzdrew Any claim you are making on an item needs to be done within three days of receiving the purchase, or else posh Mark will release the funds to the seller. Once you have accepted The item, you cannot return it to the to the seller or get your money back. If posh Mark just side you can return it, they will email you a shipping label which you can print and put on the box and return the item to the seller

tammike62 @nanzdrew wow!!! Thank you so much! One shirt was described as a XL and the tag said XL. But it was huge! Can't wear it at all!!! The seller could've explained in her comments that it might fit this way. I've seen others post stuff like this. Example: sz med, fits like a small.

nanzdrew Posh Mark will not let you return something because it doesn't fit properly. The way to remedy that is to always have the seller measure the item that you're purchasing so you can be sure that it will fit before you purchase it. If something is more worn than described, you have to be able to prove it in a picture. Like if it has pilling, or fading, or loose threads etcetera. Posh Mark has been very good with my returns and always fair.

nanzdrew If something doesn't turn out to be the size you thought it was due to a picture angle, posh Mark will usually side with the purchaser. However, to keep yourself safe I recommend that if you have any questions you always have the seller measure it for you. Sellers are used to have buyers request measurements. Some sellers even offer the measurements in their listing

nanzdrew When it comes to size is the only way you can protect yourself is to ask for measurements. I always know that I need 40 inches in the chest. I don't go by what size the item is because some larges might be 36 inches and some larges might be 42 inches. Just ask your questions before you purchase because sizing issues will not get you a refund. You can always list the item that you purchased if it doesn't fit and sell it yourself

nanzdrew Also remember, that a lot of seller sell items that are not something that they previously war. For instants, I sell items that belong to friends and family members so I have no idea if it fits like a typical small or large. Sizes are really tricky! Especially if something is made in China it's going to run really small, in most cases. Buyer beware! 💜

When the items came in, most of the items were supposed to be an XL. They would be a Small or an XS. Still waiting on refunds. They do have some nice stuff. But it's at a risk.
