tammy8steve @kika626 oh not a problem at all! I actually busted one of the straps trying to get them on. my own fault. And it's not like they were THAT expensive, it's all good :) The 9 fits perfect and I LOVE them!! Thank you!

marlanagurton I work at a authorized ship center, you bought the bag on a Friday so I didn't have to work until today because of the holiday yesterday the bag is currently packed and waiting for us to get our usps pickup. It will be sent out today.
