t7132garcia @nataliebuss14 hi, so I made contact with the other lady and she states it went out in the mail on the 31 of October. I am truly sorry for this whole incident and delay. I was trying to track the package as well but I don’t see any updates for the new shipping label that we’re sent out - let me contact posh again.
