kap86 Hi! I sent out the umbrella this am. Full disclosure- I opened it before I sent and it doesn’t click all the way at the top. I have used it a few times and even without the click at the top, it has worked fine for me. When it arrives, let me know what you think. I personally never realized it and don’t think it’s a big deal, however if you are dissatisfied, I will give you an $11 credit toward anything in my closet with reduced shipping. Thank you!

jojoindyfashion I asked in a very friendly and open way why you rated me one star, after weeks of having the item, for your purchase of the Faux Jade Set. They are exactly as I described and pictured, and I took great care in wrapping the set and packaging everything. I even included a free gift and I handwritten note asking you to contact tact me if you had any problems with the item. Yet you didn’t explain your rating. It’s frankly insulting and very rude.
