bailey327 @tamposey You are an absolute sweetheart. Your closet is fantastic with eclectic and groovy pieces. I’m out of town till Tuesday morning but plan on purchasing this gorgeous kimono. The history behind it is great. From my past experiences, taken someone’s word on holding an item doesn’t always workout, so while I can’t purchase this now I will definitely purchase it Tuesday if still available. Hope you had a nice relaxing weekend:)

tamposey @henley461 because it’s been more than 3 days I don’t think you can. Refunds go through Poshmark, not me. Let me look on their FAQs and see what I can find.

tamposey @henley461 I looked at the FAQs and I’ll copy what they You are protected every time you place an order on Poshmark with Posh Protect. When you purchase an item on Poshmark, we keep your payment safe until you tell us you've received your order. If your item does not match the description, please open a case from the app or website within 3 days of delivery, before the order is marked as received. (Continued....

tamposey @Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Select the order you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry. After we verify your claim, we'll refund payment. If we don't hear from you by 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be available.

henley461 thank you but I have done that and I have heard nothing, Im sad b/c I LOVE THE SHOES, but way too big, I wear an 11 in everything else, these run big I guess.

tamposey @henley461 I’m so sorry, did you contact them prior to the 3 day after delivery timeframe ? If so, you should have heard from them and I would have heard from them, as well. If there was a way for us to return them together, I would, but it would not be economical for you. You would have to pay shipping back to me and then when I received them I would only be able to refund the amount I was paid after Poshmark takes their 20%, so you would receive only $40 from me.

henley461 they keep sending me like robot emails that have nothing to do with what I send them. I contacted them the day I recieved. I'm not sure how to contact them to actually get help

tamposey @henley461 I’m so sorry that they haven’t answered, but there is truly nothing I can do... it’s all done within Poshmark. They are the ones who authorize returns, not the seller. My advice is to sell them on here, you could probably make more $ than you paid for them. I’m happy to take them back if you would like to mail them to me, but as I mentioned before, I made $40 off of the sale, so that would be what I would be able to return to you.
