calabrocp Tammy, I'm so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase and also to hear about the passing of your pet. I truthfully did not open the package that they were in to even try to put on the backs, because I've never had an issue with my wholesaler distributer before. I want to stay true to the new description by keeping the package enclosed. I will be checking moving forward! You are able to file a claim with Poshmark if you so choose.

tammys2ndchance @calabrocp I would never do that. Like I said before. I would never try to hurt someone’s sales. Not my style. However, it might help to check each item before shipping in the future. I’m sure I’ll find backs that fit somewhere. Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays.
