kathykay57 Tammy, Finally I see there is movement on the Milkshake conditioner. As you can see from the tracking....I initiated this the same day of the purchase, Sat 12-22. Because it was too late Saturday, the post was closed Sunday, I was able to post it Monday, 12-24. I am truly sorry for this delayed processing by USPS.....I was getting concerned it was lost, thank goodness it isn't. Thank you, hope you enjoy product. Kathy
