@watermelon8319 Yes, they are awaiting shipment on my end. For about the last month or so, I haven’t been receiving my shipping labels either. I am having to go in under “My Sales” and click on “Download Shipping Label” and it always tells me that the label has already been sent and asks do I still want to download. That’s where I have to get all my shipping labels from now. I’m not sure what they are doing differently. Thank you for asking!😊

Tammy, I am writing to you regarding a bag of Lancôme product sample bag that you purchased from me and give one star rating. I just got this bag from Macy’s after I purchased foundation(I don’t use any other product from Lancôme)I even include an extra cosmetic bag for u. I would have no reason to open them u can clearly see them on pics being full and new.
I think it’s a little unfair specially when I read another rating that u give to somebody else with same problem.

@pinkyinky Yes, unfortunately I received 2 orders that were both old and past expiration date. The other order had a product that had expired 3 yrs ago, yours wasn’t as old. You mentioned them being clearly seen in pictures as being full-there are no pictures of them open and now I understand why. Not only were they expired, they are drying up in the bottoms of the jars. Perhaps your foundation was purchased a little longer ago than you remember.

I don’t think you would have given someone 5 stars had they sent this “stuff” to you. All I have to say about it is the same thing I put in your review - that it just makes me sad!

I can’t do anything without their approval because they are the ones who have purchased each of these items separately. If I can’t cancel their orders and make a bundle, then they are still going to have to re-purchase and if I can’t even get them to answer a question then they certainly aren’t going to re-purchase from me.
