Hi. I feel so bad. If you are unable to wear the dress because of that, you can contact Poshmark on your Poshmark site and tell them and they will let you print a label via you email to send it back, and refund you. The dress is washable if you want to try that. If I had noticed the stain I would never have listed it, but I must just have missed it. Hope this helps.

Im sorry to use the claim post to question Posh on the current situation of 4 missing packages but they are slow to respond to emails through Posh support and I am being very assertive in getting a response. I believe that claims get attention from a person instead of an auto response. So none of the message relates to you or is in defense of the problem with your order. You just got caught in the crosshairs of a giant mess.
