Hi, Tammy- I saw your review on the coat you purchased and I'm sorry to hear there were issues. I fully inspected the coat inside and out when I got it and also before shipping, as i always do, but as you mentioned, I too didn't physically wear the coat. just wanted to let you know I wasn't aware of any issues and I would have accepted a return if there were, so all I can say now is that I apologize
