Hi there: Thanks for taking the time to review your Rag & Bone Jeans . I strive to deliver 5 star merchandise so I was a bit perplexed that the item was rated 4 star with an item description tag. In fact I listed full measurements for the waist, inseam, rise and length along with a detailed product description. Could you please explain what more could have been added? Thanks!

@urbanoasis I really love the jeans still! I was just disappointed in the area with distressing on the right. The distressing was more damaged than I thought. Maybe it was more - my phone screen wasn't good enough to see the distressing on the photos you had

@012ttian Hi, I am glad that you love them. They are fantastic jeans. Just to be fair, I posted like 5 pictures of the jeans and 3 were up close shots of the distressed area. I would really appreciate if you would re-consider changing the rating since you love them. Even though no one sees Posh ratings it’s still a nice thing to do when you have received great service. I see that you are also a seller, so I hope u understand.
