thriftyqueenn If your item arrived damaged you should have a contact me about it I don't appreciate the bad rating that you gave me when this is not my fault I wasn't the one who damaged the item during delivery. This is unfair and I don't appreciate it after I bended backwards to provide you with excellent service.

tameckad @npacloset I did send a message . I thought that message came to you. My apologies. The package did not look damaged. It was a piece broken on the actual iron. I am not sure if it was during delivery or not. The proper way to respond to me would be apologize and ask how you may fix it. Poshmark is new to me and I thought I was sending my message correctly. You feel that you dont deserve a bad rating however imagine how I feel. I spent money on an item that is broken.

thriftyqueenn @tameckad you can request a return that's why a return policy exists you're not going to solve any problems by giving me a bad rating trashing my reputation for something I didn't do.

tameckad @npacloset you should definitely work on your customer service skills. I do not appreciate the way you are speaking to me. I purchased an item that arrived broken. I am not sure why it arrived broken. It could have been loose before you packaged it. Poshmark asked me to rate my experience. I would not say it was the best experience when my item is broke. However it is never appropriate to be rude to a consumer who took a chance and spent their money on a product you sold.
