kellyyy44 I’m sorry your item was smaller than expected!:( It is a large in White House Black Market sizing but I understand how that can be! The bottom is pretty stretchy material have you tried it on? Let me know if I can do anything for you! I am getting new NARS lipsticks in and will be happy to offer one to you for like $1 (you can’t have $0) to make up for it!:)

codelina Hi! I'm sorry that waist trainer doesn't fit :( It took me like 10 mins to get it on when I tried it. Start at either the top or the bottom (I think top) and do one hook at a time. It's a bit difficult but gets easier with practice and as your waist gets smaller. I had to pull pretty hard to get it all the way, but there's a huge difference with it on! Pros of a smaller size are it lasts longer (as waist gets smaller) and works faster/ has more of an effect. Hope this helps!
